Eric Sprott is a respected Houston attorney with a proven track record of delivering superior legal services. With a deep commitment to professional integrity, Eric has built a reputation on providing custom solutions for clients facing a wide range of issues in healthcare, business, and civil litigation.

Born in Corpus Christi, Texas and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Eric graduated from Central Michigan University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts, where he served as the President of his honors fraternity, Alpha Psi Omega. Eric graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011 with his Juris Doctor, where he received the Outstanding Senior Litigator Award and was named as the Best Advocate at the 2010 NACDL National Criminal Trial Competition.

Prior to opening his own practice, Eric was the General Counsel for a multi-disciplinary healthcare organization with more than 1,300 employees across seven states. During his tenure, they were able to successfully defend against five corporate search warrants, win a precedent-setting case in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and protect a physician from an unjustified 81-count Texas Medical Board complaint.

Eric previously served as a Child Advocate and Guardian Ad Litem for CASA of Southeast Texas.

Eric is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.
